SDC52 at Intergate.Seattle-East is Sabey Data Centers' Tier III turn key managed module and wholesale colocation offering with 4,500 kW of IT load. The modular design provides scalable, efficient solutions for mid-size data center operations up to 10,000 sf. SDC52 has been awarded the Uptime Institute's award for continuous uptime in its first year of operation.

Infrastructure

Hydro power, the cleanest and lowest cost electricity in the world is amply supplied to the campus. Multiple fiber suppliers ensure carrier neutrality. The most energy efficient HVAC technologies and design ensure 40 - 70% energy savings.

Power

SDC52 supports 4,500 kW of IT load. 77 MW of aggregate power are supplied through dual distribution systems. SDC52 is the largest Winner of the Seattle City Light Power Players Award for an estimated six million kWhs saved at full build-out.

Back Up Systems

Generator backup with 72 hours on-site fuel with emergency fuel contract ensures worry-free uptime.

Security

SDC52 is highly secure with closed circuit TV monitoring throughout building, man traps with dual authentication access and ballistic-rated building access points. Security is provided 24/7/365.

Critical Environment

SDC52 is a fully managed critical environment with SAS 70 Type II certification. All electrical and mechanical systems as well as Uninterruptible Power Supply units are redundant and concurrently maintainable.

Energy Efficiency

SDC52 high efficiency design uses air handling units with evaporative cooling and air-side economizers in an N+1 configuration. The region's cool ambient air provides "free" cooling 90% of the year. SDC52 has a design PUE of 1.18.

Construction

SDC52 is designed to offer both flexibility and customization. High plenums and heavy floor loads make virtually any design achievable, whether raised floor, on slab, tall racks or particular cooling configurations. Sabey Data Centers design and construction team will deliver a turn key premise, on time and within budget.
